Ice Ice Baby!!!

Here is a picture of the Gameready ice machine that I keep talking about. This machine is incredible. It comes with a sleeve for each different body part. Of course, Shae is using the right hip sleeve in this picture. She has to ice for 20-30 minutes after every physical therapy session, and then at night, she is allowed to sleep with the machine on the entire night. It can be set so that it will got on for 20 or 30 minutes, then will rest for 20 or 30 minutes, and will repeat again throughout the night.
