Starting to Loose Steam

Shae had to go back for her second therapy session of the day at 5:10 this afternoon. She has to arrive 20 minutes before hand in order to ride the bike and overall she was there until 6:30 tonight, after she had finished icing and her therapy session. She didn't feel too great this afternoon and said that she was feeling dizzy, but she did happen to ride the bike really well. It is an incredibly long day for a person when you have just had such a major surgery like FAI hip surgery, and the two physical therapy sessions and the two 20 minute bike riding sessions can really take it out of you.

Soooo ready to go home:

On the bike today, Topper, who is one of the owners at Howard Head Sports Rehab Center, came to see how Shae was doing. Topper is the nicest person you could ever meet. He is always there to help you and always asks you how you are doing. You could be having the worst day ever, and he can come in and completely make your day better. No matter what, he ALWAYS puts a smile on your face. And he did just that for Shae this afternoon too.
